5.1 Airtable Used for storing intake and operational data. Data is stored in the EU or US with SCCs (Standard Contractual Clauses).

5.2 Make (Integromat) Used to automate internal workflows (e.g., sending intake data to Airtable).

5.3 OpenAI We use OpenAI to process conversations, generate summaries, and conduct guided intakes. OpenAI does not use the data we send for training their models.

5.4 Communication tools Such as Gmail, Slack, Notion (if applicable).

5.5 Analytics (optional) Anonymous usage analytics for site performance. Each provider complies with GDPR/AVG or equivalent frameworks.
